Refund policy

Please note, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind purchases. However, if your order has been damaged during transit, please email hello@luscentic.com within 7 days of receiving your delivery with your order number, a description of the damage and photos of the damage to request a replacement. 

In the event you are unhappy with your candle and would like it to return the product to exchange it with a different product, please email hello@luscentic.com with this request along with your order number within 7 days of receiving your delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, the candle/s must be returned in the same condition that you had received them; unused, with no damage or marks, in the original packaging. You will need to cover the cost of shipping the product back to us, however we will cover the shipping cost of the new candle/s.
